Mahtani is a Victim of Conspirators and Criminal gangs

It is demeaning, disheartening and totally unacceptable in this modern day and age (especially in the jubilee year of Zambia’s Independence) for a Senior Citizen like Dr. Rajan Mahtani who employs thousands of Zambians to be treated in the manner he was on Tuesday, 2nd June 2015. An arrest was effected on old allegations of forgery concerning two copies of Share Transfer Forms dated 12th December 2006. These Share Transfer Forms relate to a long outstanding battle between the Ventriglias (Italian Mafias) and Dr. Rajan Mahtani concerning Zambezi Portland Cement Limited (ZPC) and are subject of civil matters before the Courts.
A Nolle Prosequi was duly entered by the DPP based on a directive issued by the Attorney General in accordance with Article 56 (7) of the Constitution of the Republic of Zambia. This directive emanated after a legally binding agreement which was settled by the Attorney General with the attorneys of Dr. Mahtani. (See here)
The “Learned” Author of an Article on Zambia Reports entitled “Mathani’s Arrest: Bigger They Come, Harder They Fall” evidently demonstrates his lack of knowledge and attention to detail by referring to cases involving Dr. Kashiwa Bulaya and Kambarange Kaunda which are completely distinguishable and distinct from the case of Dr. Mahtani. It is these so called “Legal experts” consulted by Zambia Reports that are misleading the Nation and the World at large due to shallow research and lack of objectivity. Zambia Reports was solely established to destroy Dr. Mahtani and the late President Sata. Investigations have revealed that the web (Zambia Reports) is hosted in Arizona, beneficially owned by James Kimmer, an associate of Attorney Amsterdam who works with Sakwiba Sikota S.C., a sworn enemy of Dr. Mahtani.
It is common knowledge that former President Rupiah Banda had commenced a ‘hate campaign’ during his term of office to destroy Dr. Mahtani and he almost succeeded but for the Grace of God.
Rupiah’s resurgence after the death of President Michael Sata and his alignment with President Edgar Lungu appears to have brought an ‘unwholesome’ past and incomplete agenda against Dr. Mahtani back in force.
President Lungu has, within State House certain Special Assistants who are believed to be ‘protégés’ of Rupiah and are amassing wealth off ZPC) through the Ventriglias (Italian Mafias) after forcefully taking over physical possession of the plant. This conspiracy is deeply orchestrated as the Police have been given firm instructions to frustrate, intimidate and persecute Dr. Mahtani into giving up his interest in ZPC. Additionally, this scheme is deeply calculated to undermine the Judiciary’s Independence as letters have been written to the Chief Justice and the Judge In Charge of the High Court for Judge Banda Bobo to testify in favour of the Italians in the ‘criminal matter’. Judge Bobo was Registrar at PACRA at the time when the alleged offence was committed.
All this conspiracy comes at a time when Dr. Mahtani, has petitioned the High Court for the winding up of ZPC on account that it is just and equitable to do so under the circumstances whereby his offer to dispose of Finsbury’s interests was blatantly rejected. The legal battle is getting more intricate for the Ventriglias to survive through their egotistical imaginary claim that they hold 100% shares in ZPC when hundreds of paper trail and a Shareholders’ Agreement (see here) which they do not dispute provides that they are only 42% shareholders while Finsbury Investment owns 58%.
